1. ORDER PROCESSING (Time Spent Handling)
Handling Time: Every purchase is completed within one and three business days, Monday through Friday.
Note: On weekends and public holidays, orders are not processed or sent.
2. DELIVERY AND TRANSIT TIME
Express Shipping: Packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday) after being sent.
Please be aware that delivery times may change based on where you live in the UK and during the busiest holiday seasons.
3. CUT-OFF TIME FOR ORDERS
The deadline is 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) (London).
Processing will start the same business day for orders placed before 5:00 PM. After this time, orders will begin processing the next business day.
4. LOCATIONS & SHIPPING COSTS
Cost of Shipping: We are pleased to provide free shipping for every order.
Domestic Only: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. There is currently no international shipping available.
5. CARRIERS FOR SHIPMENT
To guarantee that your item reaches you promptly and safely, we collaborate with reliable delivery partners:

FedEx and DHL
6. FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your product is shipped.
Please give the carrier's system up to 24 hours to update tracking information.
7. PRECISE DELIVERY
When checking out, please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. When consumers supply inaccurate or insufficient address information, Trendmsk is not liable for delivery difficulties.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of the planned delivery date if your shipment comes damaged or disappears.
To help us fix the problem as soon as possible, kindly save all original packaging and send pictures of any damage.
