Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in its original packing, unworn or unused, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and information on how and where to send your shipment if your return is approved. We won't accept items that are returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues
In order for us to assess the problem and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if it is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like cosmetics) are among the categories of things that cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for flammable liquids, gases, or dangerous goods. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Returning the item you already have and then making a separate purchase for the replacement is the quickest approach to be sure you get what you want.

Refunds
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within ten business days of approval, your original payment method will be promptly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
